Azure Platform Architect - DevOps

Experience in Azure cloud stack, Mainframe, Hybrid cloud adopted environment. · Extensive experience in development, APIs, and scriptinglanguage support. · Knowledge of Java, Spring boot, REST APIs, JSON, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML. · Experience in a DevSecOps model requiring embedded Security Engineers working closely with DevOps Engineers focused on secure software delivery. · Expected to collaborate closely with DevOps teams and the Security Engineering Division to automate and build security into the development of application and system codes. · Ensure proposed security architecture or major changes to an existing architecture comply with agency security requirements prior to implementation or redesign and are generally secure by design. · Cloud and cloud security experience; experience with code deployments, including management of CI and CD tools with team, in all environments; experience with Scrum/Kanban/SAFe and Agile workflow methodologies; experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible). · Expert level Technology Solutions Architecture capabilities, inclusive of, but not limited to common Architecture Frameworks, · Must have in-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles including Agile development and testing. · Extensive work knowledge in implementing the Azure Devops in the enterprise level.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, implement, and document the CI/CD strategy for management of enterprise application hosted in hybrid cloud landscape. · Onboard the enterprise applications into Azure DevOps, develop, document, and implement CI/CD strategy using Azure cloud stack. · Develop and document shared infrastructure component management strategy to provide consistent standardized container, OS, and application baselines for Hybridinfrastructure components available through self-service. · Identify requirements, develop, document, and implement branching strategy to support change management requirements while automating as much of the deployment process as practical in the CI/CD pipeline.ie. Selenium, Prometheus, or Cucumber or various DevSecOps functioning to include system debugging. · Assist with process development and process improvement for Security Operations to include creation/modification of SOPs, Playbooks, and Work instructions. · Perform integration activities to connect with 3rd party software APIs. · Measure effectiveness of process improvement and automation efforts via metrics and KPIs.
