As the  Banquet Bar Captain, you will lead with precision, grace, and an unwavering commitment to creating lasting memories.Maintain good rapport with clientsCoordinate the delivery of requested equipment and food for meeting rooms with other departmentsOversee set up, and implementation of resort special eventsAttend all functions, managing staff for the event, overseeing smooth implementationMaintain complete knowledge of the daily scheduled group functions, times, locations, amount of people; location of all Hotel function space and names of rooms; all styles of meeting and banquet room settings.Coordinate with the Event Management and Sales team on the set up of table linens, skirting and tabletop items (water pitchers, ashtrays, glasses, and so forth) as specified by group and in accordance with departmental standards.
