Baritsa Position Downtown Asheville : Old Europe Pastries

Old Europe is looking to add to the barista team. We are a busy downtown coffee and pastry shop looking to add another team member to our FOH crew.

Must have open availability, including weekends.

Hours of Operation : 7:30 am - 10:30 pm Sunday - Thursday

7:30 am - 11:30 pm Friday - Saturday

18 + in accordance to ALE / ABC alcohol sales

- Shifts are 6 - 7 1/2 hours in length

- Looking for someone who wants to work 4 shifts / 4 days a week. Opportunity to pick up 5th shift / 5th day

- Barista / FOH experience preferred

- Ability to multi - task

- Does well in high pressure situations

- Excellent customer service skills
