Title : Big Data Architect

Location : Morrisville, NC (Onsite from Day-1)

Duration : Fulltime

Job Description:

Must Have Skills:
  • Cloudera Impala
  • Python ELT
  • Performance Optimizations & Tuning
  • Big Data framework
  • Experience on Big Data technologies (Hadoop, cloudera, impala, sqoop, scala etc.)
  • Strong DW concepts
  • Experience with Big Data and NoSQL platforms and technologies, specifically hands-on experience with one or more major Hadoop distributions and various ecosystem components (e.g. MapReduce, MLLib, Impala, HBase, Spark etc.)

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Need to be Self driven and Proactive and Able to handle small IT team and train the junior members
  • Take complete ownership and responsibility of work items / Shift
  • Ability to learn new things
  • Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts and support during week ends
