We are looking to add a new a customer service individual to our professional and amazing staff. This is a part time 20 to 30 hours per week, this position require to be detail oriented, ability to multi-task through out the day must like to work with people.
-Greet walk in customers, answer phone calls and reply to emails from customers about our services.
- Data entry input transactions in an accounting software
- Deliver excellent customer service and support that inspires repeat visits and expands our customer base.
- Must be able to speak Spanish due to our clients are mostly Spanish speaking.

Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written). Clear communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Ability to multi task and be open to a diverse set of daily tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skill
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Computer skills with the ability and openness to learn new software programs as needed
- Self-Motivated to have the ability to work independently (after training) with little or no direct supervision
-Someone with Microsoft office skill is preferred but not required.
