Bioinformatics & Data Assistant (m/f/d)

As a Bioinformatics & Data Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Bioinformatics & IT team, running established pipelines and maintaining data quality across our dermatology research projects. You will work closely with our Bioinformatics team, with occasional support to other team members with data preparation tasks.The tasks required to be undertaken include:Run and monitor established bioinformatics pipelines (RNA-seq, proteomics) for routine sample processingPerform format and consistency checks (QC) on incoming and processed dataMaintain and update data processing templatesDocument dataset structure and QC guidelinesSupport implementation of gene panels for main disease modelsHelp automate QC checks into dashboards and periodic reportsLink data preparation steps with existing pipelinesCoordinate with App Developers and Bioinformatics team on data requirementsProvide occasional support to other team members with data preparation tasks
