Body Shop Painter - Massey Cadillac North

The Body Shop Painter is responsible for preparing, painting, and refinishing vehicles to manufacturer and dealership quality standards. This position works closely with the collision repair team to ensure all painted surfaces match factory specifications while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.Responsibilities:Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning damaged areas.Mix and apply automotive paint, clear coats, and finishes using proper equipment and manufacturer specifications.Match paint colors accurately to ensure seamless repairs and high-quality finishes.Inspect completed paintwork for quality, correcting any imperfections before vehicle delivery.Maintain paint booth, spray equipment, and work area in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.Collaborate with body technicians and estimators to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on schedule.Follow all dealership, OSHA, and manufacturer safety procedures while handling paints, chemicals, and equipment.
