IOLTA compliance and reporting
Deposits
Disbursements
Reporting
Journal Entries
Monthly reconciliations
Accounts Payable
Pay vendors as needed weekly with reimbursable expenses
Track due dates for vendor invoices
Verify if billable to client
Obtain W-9 for vendors
Create 1099s as needed annually
Provide IRS reports as needed
Enter courthouse parking, postage, and copy expenses on invoice
Process expense checks for employee reimbursements
Accounts Receivable
Receive payments confirming proper forms completed
Post payments to client account in Cosmolex
Client Invoicing
Process checks for filing fees
Print Trust report
They expect this person to come in with experience handling AP and AR at a high level and a high volume. This role will be responsible for 1200 invoices per month (200 per month per location - six locations). They will provide training on their system, but that is really all they'll cover. This person will need to have proven experience performing all other job functions.
