Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper. This role is based in Greensboro, North Carolina and is within the industry. The Bookkeeper will be tasked with maintaining and processing financial records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounts payable and receivable, and conducting regular account reconciliation tasks.Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy Execute data entry tasks with precision and speed Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial reporting and record keeping Ensure a smooth month-end close process Process payroll accurately and within set deadlines Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting Conduct account reconciliation tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance Manage bookkeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Specialize in non-profit accounting and single audit activities. Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience with Bank Reconciliations and Bookkeeping Skilled in Data Entry and proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with Month End Close procedures Familiarity with Payroll processes and procedures Proficiency in QuickBooks software Knowledge of Fund Accounting in a Non-Profit setting Experience with Non-profit Accounting Understanding of Single Audit processes in a non-profit context Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
