Join us at Randstad and let's make a difference together.salary: $16.5 - $18 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 1:30 PM - 10 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to all Big Rock Sports customers by performing one of the Distribution Center's job functions in a safe, accurate, and efficient mannerDesire to work and be cross trained over multiple departmentsDevelop and maintain an appropriate level of understanding of distribution center operationsMUST maintain performance level of 80% or higherMaintain productivity, quality, and safety standards, while ensuring that all work is performed with a consistent sense of efficiency and urgencyWork in compliance with all company, operations, systems, and safety related policies and proceduresMaintain an acceptable level of attendancePerform housekeeping and other duties and responsibilities, as assignedAll shifts must have the flexibility to work additional time and required Saturdays when needed based on business needsThe essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
