Read more about our opportunity below Work You'll Do/ResponsibilitiesProvide financial operational accounting, analysis, reporting, and process improvement support to the client's Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) and/or associated mission organizations in one, or more, of the following service areas:

Budget & Finance Operations: Provide subject matter expertise and other financial management solutions/resources to support and improve budget and finance operations, throughout the budget lifecycle, working with our clients, whether within OCFO or the mission programs.

Digital Finance Operations: Sustain and optimize innovative digital finance solutions (i.e., data visualization, dashboarding, modeling, analytics, apps, RPA, AI, ML, and NLP) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of budget and finance operations.

Financial Reporting: Maintain, enhance, and evolve dynamic dashboarding and financial reporting to incorporate data into budget execution and to improve financial management, analysis, and reporting across the enterprise.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Facilitate activities by tying financials to operations, deliver analytical insights into our clients' strategic plans, programs, and budgets, deliver transparency into execution, and drive data-based decision-making.

2+ years experience with financial management solutions/resources to support and improve budget and finance operations.

2+ year experience supporting budget planning, formulation, and execution lifecycle, whether within OCFO or the mission programs.

2+ year experience with budgeting and reporting tools such as IBM/Cognos, OneStream, Service Now, Hyperion, or similar reporting/workflow tools to maintain, enhance, and incorporate data into budget formulation and execution tools across the enterprise.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Philadelphia, PA

Preferred:

Education Preferred: Business Degree (e.g., accounting, finance, operations management, or related field)

Prior consulting experience in the Public Sector

Possess knowledge of and experience with accounting regulations and processes

Excellent attention to detail as well as strong oral, written, presentation, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.

Well-developed troubleshooting skills, ability to analyze details and synthesize "big picture" concepts, frequently working with incomplete or ambiguous data.
