Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Elicit and document business requirements and write Epics, Features and User Stories to establish a clear understanding of the stakeholder's requirements.
  • Achieve consensus across stakeholders by driving clarity around needs, findings, gaps and mitigation measures.
  • Perform gap/impact analysis for migration of existing WCM sites from current WCM platform to a future state WCM platform.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager/Scrum Master in prioritizing the backlog, grooming Features and User Stories and facilitate sprint review meetings with business stake-holders.
  • Work closely with Technical Leads, Developers, QA teams and UI/UX designers to validate associated testing approach and traceability of business requirements/user stories to implementations.
  • Work closely with Product Manager and Development Manager to understand the product vision and needs of business stakeholders.
  • Ability to run daily stand-up as a scrum master
  • Maintain collaboration tools for Features, Stories and Defects on Jira and/or Jira Align
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Systems Analyst in the digital space with hands-on experience working in an agile development environment as part of a scrum team member.
  • Experience of working in the financial services industry is a must.
  • Combination of attention to detail with a broad perspective of the business needs is critical.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on use of Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office products
  • Working knowledge and SAFe certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree
  • Enterprise level WCM/CMS experience (AEM - Adobe Experience Manager preferred)
  • Exposure to or general knowledge of customer journey maps
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • System analysis and evaluation: Able to quickly learn and understand how different systems generally operate together
  • Ability to write user stories using Gherkin scripts
  • Working knowledge of scaled agile framework (SAFe)
