Business Analyst 4

Our client, a leading financial services company is hiring a Business Analyst on a contract basis.

• Eight or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in a Financial Services environment, Fixed Income/trading system experience preferred, Repo/Securities Lending/Collateral Management experience is a plus.
• Assist in execution at project level as for any BA related task to understand, document and manage the business and functional requirements, but also tasks like initiation, definition, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting
• Hands on experience working in a structured application development environment, using traditional waterfall or agile approaches.
• Experience with Sybase or Oracle databases with excellent SQL skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in dealing within IT and with providing support to end users.
• Highly analytical, proactive, detail oriented, have a willingness to learn new skills and goal-driven self-starters
