Business Analyst Remote (Onsite after 1-2 months)About the Job:Duration: Direct HireLocation: Cary, NC Overview:Datasoft technologies is seeking a candidate for a Business Analyst for our client in Cary, NC.Qualifications:

• Should be 8+ years experienced in Corporate Banking, especially with Cash/Payments/Trade Finance/ISO20022/Securities/Lending/Liquidity sub-domains and knowledge in sanction screening.
• Knowledge in clearing house, Forex, International and Domestic payments, and SWIFT message would be added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and functional solution capabilities Maturity and persuasiveness to engage in business dialogue and support stakeholders.
• Liaises with program / project managers and other stakeholders appropriately as the business/functional counterpart for solution identification.
• Must be able to gather requirement from stakeholder and document it with attention to detail approach and should be able to explain the requirement to development and testing team for next steps.
• Should be able to work collaboratively along with both business and development team to ensure timely sign off and obtain closure of any open questions at the earliest.
• Leverage functional knowledge to help make the right decision and Prioritization for the business goals.
• Responsible for Quality Assurance of project deliverables along with the development and testing teams
• Must be good in Testing knowledge to counter question and provide ideas to development/Testing team to find the right solution to work.
• Ability to write SQL and good in Process Automation ideas and skills.
• Nice to have to Validate all the NFR and STEF expected as part of business requirement are met in the actual implementation.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal skills in English (must have), should be able to clearly articulate and explain views.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, fully focused and result orientation approach
