We are looking for a Business Analyst to bring our (Master) Data Management to the next level! All Rituals data finds its origin in STEP and Salesforce, and it is your main task to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions for our development team.As a Business Analyst, you will be working in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and business areas. You have in-depth knowledge of Rituals Master Data structure and principles, whilst demonstrating an understanding of business needs and requirements.If you are passionate about data, have great project management skills, and thrive in a positive, fast-paced work environment, we would be eager to hear from you. Furthermore you will: Collaborate with internal customers/stakeholders from various divisions such as Innovations, Supply Chain, Digital, Wholesale and RetailTranslate business requirements into innovative solutions for the developers, focussing on usability and scalabilityOwn the process, and ensure deliverables are met, through clear communication and stakeholder managementDesign standards and policies regarding end user documentationDetermine and design end user training for the application. Facilitate the initial rollout and ongoing training of the key users (and/or process owners)Participate and prepare sprint planning meetings, refinements and UAT’sTHIS IS YOU

On top of it you have:At least 3 years of work experience in master data management, data integrations and/or IT program managementA Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related fieldsUnderstanding of development languages such as JavaScript, XML, JSONEffective verbal and written communication and presentation skills in EnglishExperience with JIRA and Confluence is a mustExperience with project managementYou will spend (most of) your time at our Amsterdam Central Head Office. This role is part of the Rituals Master Data Management team, a multidisciplinary team consisting of a Product Owner (PO), several Business Analysts (one will be you) and a Solution Architect that work together with a team of around 5 great developers.
