About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to work across the CSBB Finance National Branch Network (NBN) Business Intelligence team, as well as other partner organizations to enable actionable reporting. Key functions include providing efficiencies related to process design, team management, documentation, procedures, risk controls, and data strategy.In this role, you will:
Support NBN Business Intelligence reporting, which will be primarily focused on:
Developing help and resource documentation, including an internal tracking process
Participating in project planning meetings to identify impacts and complete user stories
Ensuring accuracy of reporting through testing and validation
Fielding, researching, dispositioning, and tracking NBN Report Support inbox inquiries
Keeping all help and resource documents up to date and consistent with brand standard guidelines
Ensuring our legal, risk and control partners have the opportunity to review reporting for credible challenges
Develop and maintain processes to manage team's adherence to risk policies and procedures
Participate in ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Identify opportunities and develop solutions for process improvements related to business performance and risk management
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
Perform ad-hoc reporting and analytic requests
Required Qualifications, US:
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies
Project management experience
Technical writing experience
Previous banking experience
Experience with data systems and tools including Jira
Knowledge of consumer banking products
Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner and collaborate
Ability to execute sound judgement and make decisions independently
Ability to create and review documentation for accuracy and correct grammar
Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions with line of business partners to capture user stories and develop business requirement documents (BRDs)
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
