About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager in Global Treasury Management (GTM) as part of Enterprise Functions. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .In this role, you will:

Manage and develop a complex team of Business Execution Consultants in Global Treasury Management (GTM) Service and Implementation

Serve as a business leader for Global Treasury Management (GTM) enrollment tools and advocate for GTM's end user needs, while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility

Drive execution of enrollment tools enhancements to meet specified timeline within budget

Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement

Pro-actively engage with business stakeholders in delivering on prioritized initiatives

Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk

Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution

Provide input into the cross-business prioritization of technology-related strategies, initiatives and enhancements to ensure the needs of all end users are met

Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

2+ years Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Global Treasury Management (GTM) Enrollment Tools

Experience writing user stories in JIRA

Strong leadership skills

Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of theorganization, including senior executive-level leadership

Ability to successfully influence and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment

Ability to build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members and to collaborate with others to identify the best possible solutions

Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align

Job Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Salary Range:

North Carolina: $96,600 - $171,800 Annually.

Minnesota: $96,600 - $171,800 Annually.

California: $115,900 - $206,100 Annually.
