Our keywords are job-satisfaction, independence, responsibility and knowledge sharing, which all contribute to the personal development of each individual employee.As our new Team Lead (m/f/d) you will be part of our DE Business Finance Organisation of around 20 people and you will report to the Head of Business Finance in Germany.Your workplace will be Hamburg.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Business Partner to the Country Market Director for Ramboll Transport in DE (about 250 FTE Organisation, approx. 31 Mio EUR annual revenue)Team Lead - Project & Business Controlling for Transport, consisting of 3 Business and Project Controller in DEResource allocation to divisions, large projects, etc. including balancing of workload, back-up for leave of absence, etc.Coordination of work tasks and alignment of Controlling focusCreate a community for sparring and development of team members (full staff responsibility lies with your direct Manager)Your starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. You have a business focused approach and structure information to meet the needs and understanding for the intended audience, be it top management, your team or project managers. We expect you to make rational judgements from the available information and analysis. You produce workable solutions to a range of problems and demonstrate an understanding of how a particular issue can be part of a bigger picture.
