Overview:The Senior Business Analyst provides complex business analysis and modeling relative to key statistical information and business performance metrics. Responsible for organizing and presenting data to management and providing analytical support to senior leadership. Will serve as a team leader, providing training and guidance for teammates as needed. Actively participates in strategic department meetings and provides analytical insight to management to drive business strategy. Works with internal and external business partners to collaborate and deliver enterprise related project and divisional projects as appropriate. Responsibilities:Querying for ad-hoc data requestsCreation of reporting ViewsProvide analytical support to ManagerGather requirements for new reportingDevelopment of new reporting viewsOrganize, prep , and present data to managementAnalytical support to Sr. ManagementDevelop and perform complex analysis and modelingProvide Leadership and Training to other team membersTake part Sr. level meetings and provide analytical insight to management to drive business strategyWork with internal and external business partners to collaborate and deliver enterprise related projectLead a team to support strategic department and divisional projectsMay be responsible for management and oversight of teamPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Qualifications:Must be highly proficient in Excel and WordMust be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independentlyProven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environmentExcellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgmentFinancial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferredStrong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
