Looking for a high-end cabinet shop foreman.

Role Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily shop operations, including layout, fabrication & delivery

- Ensure quality control across all stages: design & build

- Lead woodworkers, including training apprentices.

- Material ordering, machine maintenance, and production schedules.

Key Qualifications:

- 3+ years experience

- Valid driver’s license

- Deep woodworking and machinery knowledge.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving.

- Dedication to craftsmanship, quality and project deadlines.
