Necessary Skills and Strengths:Calibration | Preventive Maintenance | Loop Checks | Pressure/Temp/pH | Test Equipment | OSHA 10/30 | Core Experience:
2+ years of calibration experience
Experience with manufacturing equipment
Pharmaceutical or Military experience
Experience with calibration including loop checks, humidity, temperature and pH checks
Experience with process equipment, utilities, manufacturing, and some lab instruments
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
Responsibilities of this Role:Calibration Technicians complete calibrations, qualifications, and PMs with accurate and timely GxP documentation, following company or client-specific policies and procedures. · With minor supervision, complete calibrations, qualifications, and PMs with accurate and timely GxP documentation, following company or client-specific policies and procedures, in a safe manner. · With guidance, perform flow, conductivity, pH, mass, and dimensional calibrations. · Handle and maintain company and client equipment, including testing and standards equipment. · Learn to troubleshoot and perform repairs, with the majority of work focused on scheduled calibrations and maintenance events. · Proactively assess project safety concerns and ensure team members comply with all client site safety requirements. · Strategically assess client environments, needs, and requirements to develop and initiate effective solutions, delivering successful execution through established solid relationships with clients.
