Campus Recruiter (contract, remote)

Our global manufacturing client is looking for a campus recruiter. This position is remote, but will entail some travel. It is a three-month contract. Applicants can live anywhere in the US, but EST time zone is preferred.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic university recruitment plans to attract top talent for our global manufacturing clientAttend career fairs, information sessions, and other on-campus events to promote job opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key university partners, career centers, and student organizationsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment strategiesScreen, interview, and evaluate candidates for internships and entry-level positionsCreate and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunitiesUtilize social media platforms and other digital tools to engage with students and recent graduatesOccasionally travel to university campuses and events as needed (estimated 20-30% travel)
