Can Someone Help Me With a Stripped Screw?

I am trying to replace a window motor in my car and have a screw/bolt that just turns and turns without moving. I assume it is stripped? I need someone to come by and see if they can get it out.

Please let me know if you can do this and a price!

I am in Swannanoa and we would have to do it after 6pm on a weekday.
