Caretaker on land for handy person

I'm looking for someone with plumbing and fix it and basic carpentry skills to live on gorgeous private land 10 minutes north of downtown Weaverville.

We've not been affected by Helene.

Lodging is in a tiny house for 850. Work trade will be deducted from the rent.
