Carpenter

Skilled & Experienced Punch/Finish Carpenter needed full-time for GC focused on luxury home remodeling. We build additions, finish basements & attics, whole house interiors, and remodel kitchens & bathrooms. Candidates must be organized, timely, detailed, and able to communicate with project managers & clients.

Duties include but not limited to:

-Creation and implementation of punch & warranty lists.

-Interior Trim Installation.

-Built In cabinetry & fabrication and installation.

-Adjustment & Touch up of cabinetry.

-Light Plumbing & Electrical.

-Drywall & Paint Point and Touch Ups.

-Miscellaneous scope associated with project progression or completion.

40+ hours per week guaranteed. Pay will be weekly.

A vehicle (or fuel allowance for personal vehicle use) will be provided.

Basic hand & power tools required and others can be furnished as needed.

Pay commensurate with experience but $30-50/hr expected for level of experience and equipment required for position.
