The CCB CCOR Senior Compliance Officer is responsible for upholding JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s (JPMC's) second line of defense coverage by adhering to the Program Document Principles set forth in the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) Program Document (Program Document). CCOR's risk management framework consists of six components: Govern, Identify, Measure, Monitor & Test, Manage, and Report. The Senior Compliance Officer will be focused primarily on the Monitoring program within the Monitor & Test component. A successful candidate will have a background in Consumer & Community Banking products and have a general knowledge of the Federal and State regulations that impact consumer products. The candidate will contribute to annual compliance risk assessments, participate in the evaluation of compliance impacted issues and action plans, and review new business initiatives as needed. A proactive approach to assessing and managing compliance risk is a key attribute required for this role.Functional Responsibilities:Ability to assess and functionally contribute to regulatory implementations for OCC, CFPB, Federal Reserve & FTC Consumer Regulations

Develops, executes, and documents monitoring in accordance with the Firm's Compliance Monitoring guidelines

Review new and changed regulations for applicability to specific processing areas within Home Lending

Assess the effectiveness of procedures created to comply with new and changed regulations

Assist in internal audit and regulatory exam preparation

Maintains knowledge and understanding of new and updated federal and state laws and regulations

Assess compliance impact of critical systems implementations and enhancements

Assess compliance impact of new or enhanced products as they are reviewed through formal governance functions.

Build dynamic relationships with associated business partners, legal, control, and risk functions.

Execute as a proven compliance professional with minimal supervisory guidance.

Oversee effective business issue resolution with regard to compliance impacted issues.

Qualifications / Work Experience / Knowledge:Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in consumer products or compliance roles

Knowledge of federal laws and regulations governing consumer products

Strong research/investigatory skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft OneNote, Excel

Experience with data visualization/data analysis beneficial

CRCM certification beneficial
