As a Chase Ink Growth Strategy Senior Associate within the Chase Branded Business Card team, you will be instrumental in defining the growth strategy for our business credit cards. You will solve complex business problems through deep quantitative and qualitative analysis, influencing growth and marketing initiatives. Your expertise in data synthesis will be crucial in promoting business decisions, and your passion for business strategy and analytics will be at the heart of our success. This role offers the opportunity to identify growth opportunities in the small business card segment and work with various marketing areas to implement them. You will also have the chance to create compelling presentations to explain strategies and insights to our business partners.Job responsibilities

Support Ink segmentation, capabilities and product strategy through data and analytical techniques

Help identify growth opportunities in the small business card segment and work with multiple marketing areas to implement them.

Research and create decks, stories, and relevant slides to explain strategies and insights to partners within the business

Understand business goals and priorities and devise strategies with customer-focused analysis and performance to realize growth opportunities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum 2 years of experience focused on growth strategy using data-driven approaches

Experience in data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI), data analysis (SQL, SAS, Alteryx), and data modelling

Demonstrated leadership in solving business problems through structured analytics

Knowledge & experience in performing segmentation analysis and customer profile or audience identification analysis leveraging quantitative analysis techniques

Synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights and use those insights to drive change

Be customer-obsessed and committed to designing strategies and creative that place the customer first

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Advanced business analytics and/or MBA degree

Experience in a leading management consulting firm or financial services industry experience

Proficient understanding of fundamental AI and ML techniques (e.g., NLP, time series, supervised learning)

Bachelor's degree, preferably in an analytical field (e.g., Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, etc.)
