We are looking for cloud analytics architect who will be responsible to develop data lake solutions using Databricks in AWS. You will be responsible to lead the data engineering solutions to develop scalable and cost-efficient server-less solutions for structured and un-structured data. You will navigate the cloud analytics with confidence, embracing decision making with clear, data-driven choices that deliver enterprise value in dynamic business environment. Other duties will include leading development team, improving and streamlining data systems within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Implement large-scale data lake, data management, Data Catalog and data governance
  • Design, develop and implement end-to-end data solutions (storage, integration, processing, access) in AWS
  • Architect and implement ETL/ELT and data movement with solutions using informatica, spark and AWS Glue
  • Design and implement data engineering solutions with server-less architecture
  • Design and implement distributed analytics platform for data analysts and data scientists
  • Design and implement high velocity streaming solutions using Kafka, Amazon Kinesis, SQS and SMS
  • Implement ad-hoc analysis solutions using AWS tools
  • Lead, motivate and manage technical team

Requirements
  • Experience in cloud data lake, data warehouse and data governance
  • Batchelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field
  • Should have at least one cloud strategy implementation for a large-scale company
  • Must have Databricks experience
  • Must have hands-on experience with SQL, Spark and Python
  • Must have hands-on experience with AWS services like S3, EMR, Redshift, DynamoDB, Glue and Glue Catalog, Lambda, Athena
  • Must have hands-on HDFS and Hadoop experience
  • Advantage to have hands-on experience with Informatica or relevant cloud native ETL tools
License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science with 10 years of experience in related field.
