Job Summary

Compass Group, the world's largest contract foodservice company, has a Great Opportunity for career development and growth here at its North America headquarters in Charlotte, NC as a Cloud Services Administrator supporting Office 365 integrations.

The purpose of this role is support and help facilitate various technology integrations and migrations. The Cloud Services Administrator will be part of a team tasked with integrating applications and technology solutions of corporate acquisitions with Compass technology solutions. As one of the Corporate Cloud administrators you will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects that will help drive the company forward. The Cloud Services Administrator will work closely with vendors, business partners, and IT and will be responsible for the integration of content from a variety of sources (ex: O365, G Suite) to O365 (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, etc.). This position reports to Sr. Director, Technology Support Services and will collaborate extensively with the Cloud Services team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze source environments to determine migration needs and estimated level of effort.• Configuring and administering SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams and other O365 services as needed (Yammer, Power Platform, etc.).• Perform migrations from a variety of sources (ex. O365, G Suite) to O365 for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams and other O365 services as needed (Yammer, Power Platform, etc.) using a combination of tools.• Utilizing best practices to implement corporate standards around SharePoint and Office 365. • Assign and manage user permissions as needed. • Assist in production of high-quality procedural, operations, and application documentation.• Work with developers, IT department, and business team members to identify process and/or application improvements.• Work with vendors to facilitate various integrations.• Provide post migration support.• Act as a mentor and escalation point for support team.• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.• Detailed knowledge of Office 365 services (including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, O365 Groups, and others as needed).• Familiarity with O365 usage reports.• 3+ years' experience implementing, configuring, supporting SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, and other Office 365 services.• Detailed knowledge of SharePoint site configuration and best practices.• Experience using and administering Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.• Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting skills, organization & planning skills.• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Experience using PowerShell• Preferred knowledge of ShareGate and Google Suite
