Our client in RTP, NC is looking for a remote CMDB Administrator, ideally with an expertise in ServiceNow. You'll be responsible for the technical oversight of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) tool and for using the ServiceNow application or other tools to create and maintain the accuracy of Configuration Item (CI) specific information within the CMDB. You'll also be responsible for organizing and mapping application systems and/or service models using discovery and dependency mapping tools, defining and coordinating CI relationships, and monitoring data integrity and ensuring alignment with integrated ITSM processes. This is a long-term contract (12 months) and open to remote candidates in the Eastern Time Zone. Interested in learning more?
