Responsibilities:

Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files

Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and gauges

Maintain machine tools and equipment for optimal performance

Collaborate with production and engineering to improve processes

Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Experience as a CNC machinist or toolmaker (manual or CNC)

Strong understanding of machining processes, tolerances, and materials

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Team-oriented with strong communication skills
