Our construction services include daily observation / inspection, project documentation, submittal review, design support, shop drawing review, payment application review, payroll review, and oversight for materials testing. We provide technically qualified personnel for our clients’ specific project requirements.As the Construction Administration Group Leader, you'll lead and oversee a team of construction managers, focusing on enhancing our presence across southern Missouri and northwest Arkansas. Your role involves spearheading the firm's expansion efforts, particularly in supporting construction activities for entities such as the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT), water utility clients, and municipal clients. Your duties will encompass supervising personnel engaged in administration, management, inspection, and observation of construction projects for our clients.Driving growth and development within the team, setting performance benchmarks, ensuring operational efficiency, and facilitating smooth project execution are key aspects of your responsibilities. Your expertise will be pivotal in securing repeat business from clients, utilizing effective client service and business development skills to contribute to the ongoing success of our projects and client relationships.You will work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.This position includes:

5 + years of Construction Field Operations experience in managing Construction Administration, as a Resident Engineer, as a Resident Project Representative, performing construction engineering, and/or construction management of projects and staff.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field

In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a relevant associate degree with equivalent experience, or overall equivalent experience is required.

Proven experience in working with and understanding the various needs of Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) or Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), water utility, or municipal clients.

Proven record of developing and winning projects through individual business development skills.

Proven record of managing financially successful projects or team.

Ability to supervise, attract, develop, and retain talented staff.

Excellent client relationship and client management skills.

Previous experience in managing QA/QC construction materials testing, inspection, and/or geotechnical engineering projects is preferred but not required.

A valid driver's license with a good driving history.

The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
