Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and assist with installation of project for customer.

Anticipate and resolve customer issues.

Maintain strong visibility on the job site.

An understanding of carpentry, building, and contracting is preferred.

Self motivated.

Great customer service.

Computer literate.

Project management and planning.

Able to manage your team, project, & people.

Able to create and establish structure and process among teams.

Represent SIMCO BP with pride and integrity.

Create great repour with customers.

Follow all safety and environmental regulations.

Valid driver's license.

Computer Literate.

College Degree preferred.

We are a family owned business with 5 current locations and we are planning on opening 2 more this year.

Physical Requirements

Able to manage time, people, & project.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Some installation.

Knowledge and use of hand tools.
