Construction Janitor/Custodian

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of portable bathroom trailers on active construction sites. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for all site personnel.

Job Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize bathroom trailers including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and walls.

Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and hand sanitizer.

Monitor and report any maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing, electrical, structural damage).

Perform routine inspections to ensure trailers meet cleanliness and safety standards.

Safely handle and dispose of waste and cleaning chemicals according to site protocols.

Qualifications:

Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in outdoor or construction environments.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and around active construction zones.

Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
