Construction Materials Tester / Special Inspector (CMT)

Description:In this position the engineering technician will be involved with field observation, inspecting and testing of soils, aggregates, concrete and asphalt placement. Daily communication is required with site contractors, other technicians and project managers. The candidate should have the knowledge an ability to perform observations, inspections and tests of construction projects and to document findings in accordance with accepted engineering practice.
