Responsibilities

The Consultant will provide technical subject matter expertise support, analysis, and risk and recommendation strategies to our clients. The Consultant will review technical deliverables, attend technical discussions and assess gaps against established interface standards, and document risks/issues and recommendations for our clients. The Consultant is responsible for the content and quality of deliverables and work products produced for the client. These deliverables and work products will be completed in accordance with our overall strategy, approach, and methodology.

• Provide technical expertise related to applications programming interface (API), system integration, cloud services, data management, change and configuration management, and verification and validation expertise on large-scale IT projects • Monitor the technical aspects of the project and the vendor and/or client activities providing input and guidance that supports efficiencies to the client and project • Work with client project staff to assess and verify documentation of system requirements • Review project and related operational processes and provide input for improvement by implementing relevant agile • Lead in business development activities and participate in proposal writing • Understanding of SDLC, software applications, system integration, and data management • Understanding of IT processes such as, applications development, testing, deployment, operations, documentation, standards, and best practices • In-Depth ability to solve problems and rapidly grasp technology concepts • Knowledge of applicable business information systems, business system analysis techniques and testing methodologies

Qualifications

Required: • Expert knowledge of Integration components including Webservices development and management, API Management, Enterprise Service Bus, DevOps, and Identity Access management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • 3+ years of years of experience with large-scale technology initiatives with significant system integration experience • 3+ years of experience implementing and/or overseeing enterprise systems including data integration and application services • Demonstrated ability to work directly with diverse business and technical team members in a strong team-oriented environment

Desired: • Knowledge of products including AWS Cloud, RedHat -3Scale, OpenShift, ESB, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and ForgeRock ICAM • AWS certification in areas like Cloud Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator at the associate or professional level • Knowledge of Agile/Lean/DevOps methodologies and strategies and experience with agile software development, modern DevOps practices and release cycles • Medicaid enterprise system experience • QA / IV&V experience
