As a Fraud Risk Strategic Analytics Manager, you'll perform analysis and drive changes needed to manage and deploy credit card fraud strategies. This role will focus specifically on strategies designed to prevent fraud for Credit Card and Business Banking Lending products. The team operates in a very fast paced environment and requires rapid response time to emerging issues, giving you the the opportunity to leverage your strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills. A sense of urgency, effective time management and being detail oriented will be key.Responsibilities:Perform analysis of Card Fraud lending strategies to evaluate their effectiveness in preventing loss while minimizing operational expense and optimizing the customer experience
Drive the delivery of new capabilities needed to modernize our rewards fraud prevention program.
Communicate across partner teams and at all levels, presenting strategies for approval and obtaining executive buy-in
Manage deliverables needed to implement strategies by working with stakeholders to design solutions, develop requirements and test their implementation
Monitor strategies to identify emerging attacks and trends and make changes to reduce losses and false positives
Develop a roadmap to improve fraud prevention capabilities including identification of new tools and data sources
Ensure compliance with existing control structure while also driving future enhancements
Qualifications:Degree from an accredited college/university, preferable in a quantitative discipline
5+ years of experience in a Risk Management or quantitative role, preferably in credit cards or financial services
Working knowledge of detection & mitigation practices for fraud types, Including Identity Theft, Account Take Over and Rewards Theft
Ability to partner and influence across organizations to deliver new capabilities
Experience with SAS and SQL Ability to query large amounts of data and transform the raw data into actionable management information
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience delivering presentations and recommendations to business partners and senior leaders
Ability to independently develop strategies and work across functions to drive solutions
