Description: As a contractor of the Client Global PS Contracts negotiation team, your contributions focus on reviewing and revising Professional Services (PS) customer statements of work (SOWs) reduce business and contractual risk. Secondary role includes creating agreement summaries of customer and Client terms which govern PS engagements and maintain online libraries with supporting PS documentation and guidelines expedite sales.You are passionate about process improvements and implementing efficiencies.You are extraordinary at communication and practice active listening techniques with customers and staff.You support the requirements yet enable flexibility document non-standard elements address customer needs.

Essential Functions: The essential functions of the individual execute on the Global PS Contracts charter include:

Primary PS Contracts responsibilities: SOW reviews and negotiations for Clients Professional Services engagementsSupport Client Sales, PS Field and PS Engagement Desk with customer statement of work reviewsCoordinate reviews in partnership with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Accounting, as may be applicable the dealMinimize corporate risk. Think creatively identify and resolve common contractual issues.Develop and implement knowledge of products, services, and organizational structureAs a team player, build trust and global cross functional team and customer relationshipsPartner with Services Operations teams, Finance, Legal and other key stakeholders understand what commitments Client can include and successfully fulfill within a statement of work

Secondary PS Contracts responsibilities: Provide training and oversight RTP PS Contracts team for master Agreement SummariesCreate master agreement summaries for PS-related terms and conditions which govern customer engagements

In-depth knowledge in the following areas is essential: Experience in supporting negotiations as a PS vendorUse of executive communications tools such as PowerPoint and collaboration tools such as SharePoint

Requirements: Possess highly-developed organization skills and be articulate, hard-working, and detail-oriented, with excellent proof reading skillsExperience in internal and external contract negotiation, specifically in PSExcellent effective written and verbal communication skills, i.e. Vice President graduate new hireAbility positively influence behavior of multiple stakeholders including ability successfully balance the interests of the customer with maintaining a viable financial outcome for ClientAbility handle concurrent multiple, complex assignmentsFocus on goal orientation and achievement include understanding of PS delivery commitments, revenue recognition, and Sarbanes Oxley impacts for PS related software companiesPatience, flexibility, and sensitivity customers and business stakeholdersAn understanding of business law and computer technologyA passion and track record for operational excellenceAble accommodate minimal business travelExternally this individual must work well with customers and partners during negotiations while supporting Clients risk profileThis individual can operate, drive results, and set priorities independently with minimal supervisionThe ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expertThis individual must demonstrate consistent, timely, and accurate results be successful

Education & Experience: A minimum of 3 years commercial or industry experienceA minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Professional Services as a providerA Bachelor of Science Degree, or equivalent Education: Bachelors Degree
