Position: Control-M EngineerLocation: Charlotte, NC 28202 (Remote Till Covid)Duration: 12 MonthsRate: $50/HR on C2C OR $40/HR on W2 Job Details: Must Have Skills:o Hands on experience administrating BMC ControlM, AutoSys or IBM Tidalo Strong DevOps CICD process architecture engineeringo Good Working knowledge on APM monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Wily Introscope or Dynatraceo Must have skills for this project (please provide all the skills on which candidate/s will be evaluated) –o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or 5+ years in a technical role or equivalento 5+ Years Linux, Windows, Networking, and/ or Storage expert.o Solid work experience automating via orchestration tools and/or scripting to simplify day to day operations and support.o Knowledge of Splunk.o Experience executing deployments and troubleshooting in a 24/7 production environmento Engineering and architecting enterprise grade solutions for hardware and Software issues.o Automation and management technologies like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible by Red Hat.o Version control technologies like Bitbucket and Git (GitHub or GitLab).o Preferred experience skills on leverage BMC Automation API capabilities to automate Control-M configurations using Jenkins. Detailed Job Description:o Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of the Enterprise Batch Scheduling Platform.o Coordinate, escalate, resolve, and close any service request, incident, problem, and change management issues assigned to Batch Scheduling Team.o Perform patching, software implementations, and upgrades to BMC Control-M.o Worked varied schedules including on-call responsibilities through a team rotation.o Available via cellphone as an escalation point 24x7 for all Priority 1 or 2 related issues.o Automation of operational tasks. Identify and contribute to automation activities.
