General Summary Develops and applies interdisciplinary methods, algorithms, statistics, and research techniques in the development of data driven solutions to extract knowledge, provide insights, and present information from data in various structured and unstructured forms. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential functions)

Provides data engineering, data visualizations and analysis, and predictive modeling.

Harnesses, cleans, merges, transforms, and analyzes large amounts of Control System Inventory data.

Delivers intuitive and user-friendly data visualization dashboards and applications based on this Control System Inventory data to foster a data-driven decision-making approach.

Follows an Agile/Scrum methodology, iterating sprints and constantly engaging with the client for feedback, quickly transforming that feedback into formal requirements.

May perform statistical analysis and provide input for reports and dashboards.

Assists the development of data products, reports, and dashboards or other display techniques.

Collaborates with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, formulates and completes end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, and presentations.

Delivers effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership, creating visual displays of quantitative information.

May write code to preprocess and clean data .

Required SkillsRequired Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, math, statistics, operations research, or related technical field

Ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance prior to start date; US citizenship required

Experience with modern business intelligence software with proven ability to work independently in converting business and functional requirements into data pipelines, complex reports, data visualizations and dashboards, and predictive analytics

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree

Familiarity with data analysis and presentations
