Our CompanyPharMerica OverviewAs a strategic partner, theCorporate Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)aligns business objectives with employees and management for client groups within the Pharmacy Operations. This position is responsible for aligning the company’s Mission, Vision and Values with employees and management in functional areas through the implementing and maintaining of programs, policies and management systems in all facets of HR services. A successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent; assess and anticipate HR-related needs; communicate proactively with the Centers of Excellence (COE) and functional departments, and work to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function and serves as a role model for ethical management behavior; promotes an awareness of understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with BrightSpring Health Services’ LEGACY culture; exemplifies high work standards, creates capacity for work surges, and helps the business achieve and/or exceed its business and people goals. This is a remote position and the associate can reside in any of the following states: KY, TN, AL, GA, FL, TX, MS, NC, SC, VA, WV, LA Responsibilities+ + Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and fill key vacancies and take a leadership role in the selection of candidates for key positions within the department Monitor and track turnover to complete attrition studies for improvement

Partner with department heads to complete the annual talent review and succession planning process

Help develop a leadership profile for high potentials and create development opportunities for these high potentials

Implement and conduct training programs and oversee developmental plans for the clients

Assist hiring managers in creating and modifying job descriptions

Participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and initiatives that promote human resource best practices and help achieve the Company’s strategic goals

Consult with department leaders regarding the corrective action process for obtaining performance or behavioral change in the workforce and guide supervisory staff in the separation process for disciplinary reasons and for reduction in force

Provide supervisory training in general management topics such as conducting performance evaluations, coaching, wage and hour regulations, interviewing techniques, FMLA, and ADA

Work with compensation team to ensure that compensation practices are externally competitive and provide for internal equity and assist with the process of obtaining job change, status change and market adjustments

Optimize and drive adoption of technologies and systems as well as utilize technology as a thought leader and innovator to drive processes and communications throughout the organization for increased efficiency and engagement

Complete data entry relative to onboarding, terminations, FMLA, supervisory changes, employment verification

QualificationsEducation: · Preferred, but not required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources or related field Experience/Qualifications: · Minimum of 5 years of prior generalist experience in HR or related field · Demonstrated ability to quickly build relationships to provide trusted guidance · Experience in coaching others to achieve desired performance in their roles · Proven customer-service focus; strong follow through on commitments License/Certification: · Preferred, but not required: PHR certification or equivalent KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES· Strong knowledge of compensation, employment law, recruitment, benefits, training, and Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel desired · Excellent oral/written communications, analytical thinking, organization and planning, teamwork, adaptability, customer service, and consultative skills · Knowledge of HRIS such as ADP, ADP Enterprise, Kronos desired travel requirements· 25% travel may be required to various pharmacies for employee relations, compliance, engagement and other HR initiatives About our Line of BusinessPharMerica is a full-service pharmacy solution providing value beyond medication.
