• 10 years of Business Systems Analysis in CRM Space
• Experience working in a CRM Systems Analyst role
• Prior development experience highly preferable
• At least one end to end Siebel/SFDC implementation or upgrade experience
• Expert in Siebel/SFDC CRM Modules: Lead, Opportunity, Service Request, Contact, Account etc.
• Good understanding of Siebel Architecture and implementation
• Understanding of how systems integrate/work together with Siebel CRM
• Expert in creating user stories, writing acceptance criteria , running Agile ceremonies
• Must have SAFe Certification
• Excellent communication skills and ability to converse with business and technical resources
• Proficient in communicating and coordinating technology solutions and processes
• Ability to translate business rules logic into technical requirements
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about solving tough problems
• Passion and curiosity for data and problem-solving
• Technical competency related to IT industry standards and best practices
• Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
