We are currently seeking an experiencedCustomer Service Managerto direct, organize, and control project activities in our Production Division. They will work with Builder Field Managers, Customer Service Managers, and Warranty Managers. Duties include, but not limited to are:· Site visits, text, emails or calls from our Customers about issues that happen after the initial installation.· Scheduling crews to do repairs· Ordering materials to complete the jobs· Sending customers quotes to do repairs· Working hand in hand with Director of Customer Service to upload tickets in Builder Trend· Visiting sites to ensure repairs were made to our quality· Position is 80% in the Field and 20% in the Office Apply now in 2 minutes!
