Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry to join our team in Bakersville, North Carolina. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in organizing the receipt and processing of orders, providing commercial support to both customers and sales managers, and handling logistics activities on-site.Responsibilities: Organize the receipt and processing of orders, ensuring customer requirements are met Provide commercial support to both customers and sales managers, handling offers and ensuring the flow of information Handle and ensure the correct workflow of external complaints Responsible for the logistics activities on-site, maintaining an efficient workflow Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and SAP to perform daily tasks Implement best practices in customer service and logistics Ensure compliance with local regulations while providing excellent customer service Maintain accurate and efficient records of import and export activities Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals Continuously look for ways to improve processes and workflow efficiency.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service Experience with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning systems Familiarity with Import Export processes and regulations Knowledge of Logistics and supply chain management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or certifications in related fields preferred.
