Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lewisville, North Carolina. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone and written correspondence. Provide exceptional customer service in a timely fashion. Accurately document customer interactions and information. Utilize multiple screens to resolve customer concerns. Attend to inbound calls in a call center environment. Respond to emails and faxes in a timely and professional manner. Communicate effectively with customers regarding inquiries. Handle calls pertaining to paycheck inquiries, enrollment calls, or hours worked. Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and correspondence. Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times. Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively Experience in a call center customer service environment Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve customer queries Strong data entry skills with attention to detail Ability to manage email correspondence professionally Experience in order entry and processing Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems High school diploma or equivalent education level required Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
