Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in addressing and resolving customer inquiries, managing complex issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role will also involve working closely with other departments and mentoring Level 1 staff.Responsibilities: Address and resolve customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat Work in collaboration with production and warehouse teams to meet customers' requirements Liaise with procurement and logistics departments to keep customers informed with the most current information Handle escalated customer issues that require a deeper level of expertise Provide comprehensive and correct responses to complex questions regarding products, services, or technical issues Ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction, and follow up as necessary Assist in training and mentoring Level 1 staff, providing guidance and support during routine customer interactions Serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring their needs are met in a detail oriented and efficient manner Use Microsoft Office programs to maintain customer records and process customer credit applications Leverage skills in data entry, email correspondence, and inbound/outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service. Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls. Demonstrated experience in customer service roles. Skilled in data entry and order entry tasks. Capability to manage email correspondence efficiently. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with knowledge of Pivot Table, Power Pivot, and VLOOKUP functions. Ability to schedule appointments effectively and manage time well. Experience with NetSuite and NetSuite CRM for managing customer relations and transactions. Familiarity with handling purchase orders and related tasks. Experience in forecasting activities, including inventory forecasting and monthly forecasts. Ability to maintain detail-oriented analyst relations.
