Frequent and effective communication is the key to our success. Between team members, with our Customers, with our suppliers, when things are going well and when they are not going so well. We live by our three "Uniques".

1) The decisions are the Customer’s. We will not spend the Customer’s money without their approval.

2) We have the belief that our Customer’s are very intelligent and only need specific information about the condition of their vehicle enough to make educated decisions.

3) Communication is critical. We don’t ever want to surprise our Customer’s. If something has changed with their repair we will contact them as things are happening to make sure they feel as much in control as possible of the of the process. We try to surprise our Customer’s by communicating more than they expect.

This position provides essential support to the Service Writers by overseeing vehicle check-ins, facilitating part orders, responding to phone inquiries, receiving part deliveries, and updating repair orders, as well as performing light administrative duties. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, proactively seeks out tasks, maintains organizational excellence, and exhibits outstanding follow-through.

No automotive experience necessary, but is helpful.

Hourly pay. 40 hours per week.

Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Wednesday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
