WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Provide technical assistance, solution design, and hands on development support for security controls for a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program
  • Administration of the enterprise DLP infrastructures (e.g. maintenance, configuration, and policy management)
  • Identification and resolution of incidents impacting the DLP system or related components
  • Provide technical assistance, solution design, and hands on development support for security controls for an enterprise CASB program
  • Build information security polices based on predefined compliance obligations
  • Support and assist the security and risk teams with security incidents, and to design new policies to identify and mitigate risk
  • Participate in developing and providing operational documentation to ensure a well-managed and mature security infrastructure
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Minimum 5+ years of previous DLP experience
  • Experience working with CASB and DLP technologies, including a technical understanding of how data in motion, data at rest, and data in use is monitored
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Highly technical and analytical expertise, with a proven deep background (preferred 5+ years' IT experience in addition to cybersecurity) in technology design, implementation, and delivery.
  • Knowledge and experience creating and maintaining policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documents
  • Knowledge and experience with regulatory structures (i.e. GDPR, PCI DSS, PII, etc.)
  • Scripting experience (e.g., API interaction using PowerShell, bash script, file scripting, etc.)
