Creates appropriate project documentation, balances stakeholder needs, and effectively negotiates tradeoffs between scope, schedule, and budget
Lead scrum teams
Creates, manages, and understands impacts to project scope, constraints, and schedule
Manage Risks and Issues associated with project delivery.
Establish and Manage Resource Plans supporting project delivery.
Maintain Project Plan and/or Product Backlogs
Develops and routinely reassesses project budgets to account for variances and ensures accuracy
Creates performance and status reports for relevant stakeholders, including Senior Leadership
Defines roles and responsibilities of project team members
Lead associated project team meetings/ceremonies.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

Required Skills:

Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related fields
6+ years of IT Project Management experience
3+ years of program management and project financials
Proficiency using waterfall, Agile delivery, JIRA, and Scrum
Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Project)
Financial Services skills is a plus
Experience with SAFe
PMP Certification is a plus
