In this role you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting customer data to improve customer engagement/operation, satisfaction, and retention. By collaborating  closely with customer relations managers, marketing teams, product managers, and other data analysts you provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the customer experience.This matches you as Data Analyst Customer Relations (CRM). For 40 hours per week, you:Enjoy identifying and developing data analytics from large datasets through SQL coding, to highlight opportunities for improvement of the journey of our customersTruly like to figure out business needs and are able to transform them into analytical use cases, models or metricsGet a kick from bringing current dashboarding and analyses to the next level and clearly explain the outcomes to relevant stakeholdersHelp improve measurement and tracking of customer operationsCreate a systematic way of leveraging data for customer operations and ensuring effective planning and implementationYou will work on a broad range of projects related to Customer Relations within RitualsWorking at Rituals means constant innovation. Additionally, you will work closely with the Marketing Analytics team to, together with other passionate data analysts who are specialized in various topics such as sales, marketing and digital platforms, you will take Rituals to the next level in terms of generating value from data. And on top of it, you have:A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experienceHands-on experience with descriptive- and predictive analyticsSQL is for you like a native language.
